People’s Goal launches a research report on the structural fractures inside Myanmar’s military, covering the Civil Disobedience Movement and the surrenders and defections recorded between 2023 and 2026, with a focus on Operation 1027.
The panel includes a military defector, research consultants and civil society advocates, moderated by Phil Robertson. Admission is free and open to all, but non-members must RSVP in advance because of the security protocols around the speakers.
