The world’s biggest fitness race returns to the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, and this edition runs across four days for the first time. Organisers expect more than 20,000 participants, which makes it the largest HYROX ever staged in Asia.
The format is 8km of running broken up by eight functional stations. You can enter solo in Open or Pro, pair up in Doubles, or put together a four-person relay team. Bangkok also acts as an official qualifier for the 2027 PUMA HYROX World Championships in Hong Kong. Spectators are welcome.
