This members-only roundtable from the Australian-Thai Chamber of Commerce brings a small group of senior leaders together for an honest, practical discussion on leading through change. The “Surviving the Shift” theme looks at how managers are adapting to new ways of working, shifting markets, and changing teams.
Unlike a panel talk, a roundtable is built around conversation. A facilitator guides the session, but everyone at the table is expected to contribute and share what is actually working inside their own business. Numbers are kept small on purpose so the discussion stays candid and useful.
It is aimed at AustCham members in leadership or management roles. If that is you, it is a rare chance to compare notes with peers who are facing the same pressures, and to leave with a few concrete ideas you can put to work straight away.
