Preparing for an Interview in Thailand

An interview in Thailand is similar to an interview in any part of the world.

You need to dress respectably and talk politely to the interviewers.

Your resume is usually the only document you need for the interview. Just bring three copies of it since you might see more than one interviewer.

Diplomas and transcripts aren’t necessary unless you just graduated and don’t have any work experience.

The questions you’ll be asked during the interview will be based on the company you apply to work at.

Some interviewers may start with basic questions about your background. Some may go directly into work-related questions.

Some interviewers may ask questions focusing on your character and attitude. And some interviewers may test your skills.

You should hear back from your interviewer a few days after the interview. It may take longer for large corporations to get back to you.

If you’re not the right candidate, some companies may not get back to you.

If you don’t hear back from the company, it’s still acceptable to contact the company after a few weeks later to find out your results.
